(A) Thinking about special events in May
(B) Mothers Day is just around the corner
(B) Honouring Moms all across the border

(A) Thank you Mom for your love and patience
(A) I'm so glad to have your full acceptance
(B) You cook, you clean, you smile, and teach
(B) Day in and day out you loudly preach

(A) At times I listen and at times I'm not
(A) But my heart knows how blessed we all are
(B) To have you in our family is grace
(B) I will forever thank God for your embrace.

the life of a fish

(A) one leads and the rest follow
(A) they dart around and through an underwater hollow

sitting on this mountain top
seeing just how far we have come
journey through the years with you
so thankful that I have met you

in the big old sea

In the forrest

(A) Deep in the forest I will lay
(A) I can hear the ships in the near by bay
(B) honking their horns as they set off to sea
(B) hearing all of this under a big birch tree

do you care?

do people still think of 3rd world countries?
do you ever think of them or just yourself
do you care if they have food or water?
do you care if they have a house or not?
do you care if they have a family or not?
or do you just think of yourself.....

Winter is near

Autumn leaves are falling
Cold winds are blowing
Soon the frost will appear
Old winter is near

the park

Jumping, sliding, swinging, shouting
kids enjoy their brake
the park is filled with young and old
on a beautiful day like today.

loved by all?

Once loved by all and hate by none
She stood tall and shined like the sun
But it didn't take long for her to come undone
and out of control she spun.

never again would she be called the sun.

never again would she be loved by anyone.

Country and Rock

country
simple, peaceful
singing, yodelling, harmonizing
values, love, electric, intense
screaming, crying, dancing
hard-core, passionate
rock

Most live in boredom,
Others striving for freedom
but most hit the bottom

As she thinks

wind blows the trees
alone she stands filled with doubt
as she thinks, which route?

in the ocean

As I float in this water like a lost buoy at sea,
I wonder to my self what lurks beneath me,
I would hope to see a boat or even a plane,
But for now I can only wonder what lurks beneath me.

Dusk

As I sit on my lawn right before dusk
I hear everything go silent
not a bird to be heard
not a howl anywhere
as I see the sun go down   

Wind

The wind is blowing
All of the trees are swaying
In my neighbourhood

An old creepy man
sits at the end of my street
just observing me

People kill and robbers steal

Introduction
